About

No perfect people. That is the whole premise.

NPPA is an umbrella, not a single product. Under it sit guided workbooks, group experiences, practical resources, creative work, and merchandise — all pointing at the same thing: people telling the truth about their lives and being treated well for it.

It started with a line: “I saw it all. I stayed.”

That line is about being fully seen — the mess, the history, the parts you would edit out — and not being abandoned for it. Most people have never had that experience. NPPA is an attempt to build things that make it ordinary.

In practice, that means several branches doing different jobs. The workbooks are where the guided work happens, alone or around a table. Resources are for the moment before you are ready to open a book. Music is the version of these ideas you can carry around. The shop puts the language somewhere visible.

We are careful about what we claim. NPPA materials are self-guided and peer-based. They are not therapy, and nobody here will pretend a workbook replaces the care of a professional when that is what someone needs.
